Special Education Annual Plan
The 2023-2024 Special Education Annual Plan/Part B Flow-Through Application for Harrisonburg City Public Schools has been approved by the school board. If you would like a copy of this plan please contact the Department of Special Education at (540) 434-2752. Under the provisions of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act of 2004, local education agencies are required to submit an Annual Plan/Part B Flow-Through Application for providing special education and related services to children with disabilities. Questions regarding the annual plan should be submitted to Ken Hill, Director of Special Education, (540) 434-2752 or kwhill@harrisonburg.k12.va.us.
