The Gus Bus is a FREE after-school program for students in 1st-5th grade which builds literacy, math, and social-emotional skills. The program at Bluestone includes 30 minutes of outside recreation, a free super-snack, an hour of educational enrichment, and 30 minutes of homework help and/or student choice. Bluestone Gus Bus students stay after school every Wednesday and Thursday and are picked up between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m. Contact the Gus Bus at 540-830-2703 if you have any questions!

-Fall clubs start on Wednesday, October 23. Clubs will meet once a week on Wednesdays from 3:45-4:45 pm. Registration forms are being sent home today or tomorrow in their blue folders. All interested must return the completed form by Wednesday, October 2. Make sure to take a quick look at it. -Please CALL the school office before 2:30pm to make any dismissal changes.

Please remind your students to bring home their coats and lunch boxes. It also helps if items are CLEARLY labeled. We already have a pile of items that students have left at school.
