Sports Physicals

To participate in any sport at SKMS, you MUST have a completed VHSL sports physical to tryout/participate.  No exceptions will be made.  Copies of the sports physical paper can be found outside of Mrs. Randolph's room at SKMS or accessed by clicking the link below.  Physicals from the previous school year expire on June 30.  Physicals must be dated after May 1, 2022 to be valid.
