WHAT is a Dual Language Program?
A Dual Language Immersion Program is an educational model that promotes high academic achievement, while enabling second language development and cross cultural understanding for all participants. Academic subjects are taught in both English and Spanish throughout the school day. The program creates an additive biliterate environment for all; first language is maintained while the second language is acquired.
