Seniors - Job Fair Opportunity
On April 10th HHS is taking a group of seniors to a regional job fair during the school day. This job fair is for students who are considering going into the workforce after graduation. It will be a great opportunity for you to meet with potential employers in various different fields and to see what is available to you after graduation. We are limited in the amount of students we are able to bring on this trip, so if you are interested sign up using this form! If you have any questions about this please let me know.
Thanks,
Mr. Durren
DO YOU STILL NEED THE 2ND MCV VACCINE?
All students are required to have an additional Meningococcal Vaccine (MCV) prior to starting 12th Grade. This dose must be given after the age of 16. As you are visiting the doctor for Physicals or Annual appointments, please request this vaccine. If not, please schedule a vaccine appointment with your Primary care provider or the Health Department. Please bring proof of Vaccination to the Health Clinic, without this documentation you will be excluded from classes in the fall at the start of the year.
Please see links below for additional information about the Meningococcal ACWY Vaccine.

Learner's Permit Test at HHS
The test will be offered at HHS several times throughout the school year. The test will take place in room 310 and students taking the test at HHS must provide their own transportation home. When a student passes the test they are given a paper that states they passed. Before a learner's permit can be issued that paper must be taken to the DMV along with other identification documents, the student must get their vision checked, and the permit fees must be paid.
In order to be eligible for the test a student must be at least 15 years and 6 months old. If a student has taken the test twice and not passed, the next attempt must occur at the DMV.
